Lacey Snyder, Psy.D. Post Doctorate Resident.
Lacey is completing her two-year neuropsychology post-doctoral fellowship at Brandywine Neuropsychology Associates. She receives didactic training through the CMCVAMC-University of Pennsylvania-Bancroft Neurorehab Consortium. After completing her graduate degree in counseling from Johns Hopkins University, she completed her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University in 2023. As a part of her education at Immaculata University, she completed pre-doctoral externships at a private practice in Newark, DE, Inspira Primary Care Clinic in Woodbury, NJ, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She completed a neuropsychology externship and pre-doctoral internship through the Baltimore VA Medical Center. Lacey has experience working in various settings, including Saint John Vianney Psychiatric Treatment Center in Downingtown, PA, private practice in Lancaster, PA, and at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. She has a strong interest in neuropsychology throughout the lifespan. Jennifer Gallo, Ph.D. Licensed Psychologist /Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Gallo earned her PhD from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA after completed her pre-doctoral internship training at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School’s University Behavioral HealthCare Center in Piscataway, NJ.
Dr. Gallo has specialized training in measuring cognitive, psychological and behavioral symptoms and their impact on patients’ functional status and well-being. She evaluates adults presenting with a range of known or suspected neurological, medical and psychological disorders, with an eye toward informing treatment and management. Her training specialty within neuropsychology is aging and dementia.
Prior to joining Brandywine Neuropsychology Associates, she worked for three years within the neurology division of Global Neurosciences Institute (GNI) as a clinical neuropsychologist, where she saw outpatients for comprehensive diagnostic assessments and contributed to decisions about candidacy for Deep Brain Stimulation surgery among patients with essential tremor and Parkinson’s’ disease by performing pre- and post-surgical evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary Movement Disorders Team. Before joining the neuropsychology services at GNI, she spent two years as a clinical neuropsychologist within the Department of Neurology at Drexel University’s College of Medicine, and nine years as a teaching faculty member within the Department of Psychology at Drexel University’s main campus. In her teaching role she taught undergraduate and graduate courses, directed the undergraduate BS program in Psychology, directed the clinical neuropsychology major area of study within the Clinical Psychology PhD program, and developed the neuropsychological assessment services team at Drexel’s Psychological Services Center where she supervised second- and third-year clinical doctoral students placed on her team for practicum training. She also co-authored the Behavioral and Psychological Assessment of Dementia (BPAD), a clinical rating scale used in the assessment of dementia that has been published by PAR, Inc.
